“Zoom on You” is the communication campaign created for the Z.E.NeeT – Zona Empowerment NEET project, an initiative promoted by the Municipality of Bergamo and managed operationally by Hg80 Impresa Sociale. The project targets young NEETs (Not in Education, Employment or Training), with the goal of offering them personalized activation pathways to help them break free from a state of inactivity and discover new opportunities for personal growth, education, employment, social engagement, or volunteering.
The campaign title “Zoom on You – Focus on Your Future” invites young people to focus on their own future, that might currently feel distant or out of focus. Both the visual language and storytelling align with the habits and communication styles of the target audience, referring to the POV (Point of View) trend, widely popular on TikTok. This narrative technique, immersive and empathetic, places the viewer directly in the scene, encouraging immediate identification and emotional connection.
We developed a comprehensive brand identity applied across multiple touchpoints: a landing page designed to collect contact information, three multi-subject ads displayed on billboards across the city to strengthen local visibility, and a social media strategy rich in video content aimed at showcasing personal stories and the broader impact of the initiative.
